How to Block All Website Notifications

Website Notifications, also known as the Push Notifications,are helpful for those who wish to get the notifications updates from their most visited sites. But some users do not want to use this feature. In case you want to know how to block all website notifications, then you need to follow the steps mentioned below.

Steps to Disable Website Notification in Google Chrome

•    Open the Settings option by pressing the three vertical dots symbol located at the top right-hand side of the Google Chrome browsing application.

•    Now, you will get the available settings.

•     Find the Advanced Settings option.

•     After that, press on the Advanced Settings option.

•    Open the  Privacy & Security column.

•    After that, tap on the Content Settings option.

•    After the Content Settings option is starting showing on display, you need to find the Notifications option.

•    Once you have found that option, press on it.

•    Now, the Notifications window start appearing on display.

•    You will see default settings indicating  ‘Ask before sending’ box.

•     You need to move the slider to the left-hand side to send the website into the blocked list.

•    In case you want, then you can turn on or off the notifications received from specific websites.

•    Press on the Add option for adding more websites to the block list.

Steps to Turn Off Website Notification in Mozilla Firefox

•    Open the top right-hand side of the Mozilla Firefox browsing software.

•    After that, press on the Menu option. It resembles a three vertical centered horizontal lines symbol on the screen.

•    Click on the Options button by going to the drop-down menu.

•    Open the left-hand panel.

•    After that, press on the Privacy and Security option.

•    Go down till you get the Permissions column on display.

•     Press on the Settings option below the Notifications button.

•    You will get the drop-down list of all the websites with the notification settings.

•    In case you wish to turn off the notifications option for any particular websites, then choose the site, and after that, press on the Remove Website option.

•    Otherwise, select to turn off web notification for all the websites by pressing on the Remove All Websites option.

•    Tap on the Save Changes option.

Steps to Block Website Notification in Microsoft Edge

•    Press on the Menu symbol located at the top right-hand side of the Microsoft Edge. It resembles a three vertical dots icon.

•    Choose the Settings option from the drop-down menu.

•    Go down and after that, press on the  View Advanced Settings option under the Advanced Settings column.

•    Open the Notifications column.

•    After that, tap on the Manage option.

•    The Manage Notifications window start showing on the desktop.

•    Now, you will get the drop-down list of all the sites whose website notification is enabled.
