How to Delete a Specific Site History and Cookies in Chrome

If you want your Google Chrome to work faster on your computer or smartphone, then you have to delete history and cookies from it. Google Chrome also permits its users to choose a specific site that they wish to delete from history.

Here’s how to delete a specific site History in Chrome
For the Windows PC and Mac users
•    Click on the Control and H keys together in case you are using Windows PC.
•    Press on the Control and Y keys together in case you are using Mac.
•    Additionally, you can press on the vertical dots symbol located in the top right-hand side of the display.
•    Move on the History option.
•    After that, press on the “History” located in the side navigation menu.
•    Now, Google Chrome will show the drop-down list of the searched things and all websites you have gone through.
•    You need to find a specific site which you wish to delete from the Google Chrome history.
•    Checkmark the box given on the left-hand corner of the screen to delete a specific history in Chrome.
•    After that, press on the symbol which resembles three vertical dots on the right-hand corner of the website.
•    Click on the “Remove from history” button.
•    After selecting a specific site, you will get a box at the upper side of the internet browser. Indicating that you have chosen a website from history.
•    Press on the Delete option provided on the right-hand corner of the box rather than pressing on the system which resembles three vertical dots.
•    In case you have selected many items, you can also remove them from history by following the same steps.
For the iPhone and Android users
Here are the steps mentioned below to delete a specific sites history in Chrome by using Android phone:
•    Open Google Chrome by going to the home screen of your Android phone.
•    After the browsing application gets open on the screen, press on the Main Menu symbol located in the upper right-hand side of the display.
•    In the pull-down list of all the searched items and sites, you need to search a specific site to remove and after that, press on the X symbol near to it.
Go through the steps listed below to delete a specific sites history in Chrome through iPhone:
•    Go to the Google Chrome located on the home screen.
•    Press on the “More” option given in the end right-hand side of the display.
•    Choose the History option.
•    Press on the Edit option located at the end of the display.
•    Find the specific site you wish to delete in Chrome.
•    Press on the Delete option.
•    Click on the Done option given at the upper right-hand side of the display.
Here’s how to delete a specific site cookie in Chrome
For the Windows PC and Mac users
•    Launch Google Chrome.
•    Open the Settings tab.
•    Click on the Advanced Settings option.
•    Press on the Site Settings button.
•    Click on the Cookies button.
•    Press on the all cookies and site data option.
•    Search for the cookie you wish to remove and after that, press on the Trash can symbol given to the right-hand side.
For the Android users
Follow the steps given below to delete specific site cookies in Chrome through Android:
•    Go to Google Chrome.
•    Click on the Main Menu symbol provided in the upper right-hand side of the display.
•    Click on the Settings option.
•    Choose the Privacy option.
•    Click on the Clear browsing data button.
•    Choose the time range option.
•    Choose the cookies you wish to delete in Chrome.
•    Press on the Clear data option.
•    Click on the Clear button.
