How to give Top Fan badges?
If your group or page meets the requirements, you need to follow a few steps to provide the Facebook badges feature. Here’s the process:
1. Firstly, you must enable the video template for pages on your page.
2. To do that, sign in to your Facebook account through computer and go to your page.
3. Click on Settings from there, then Template and Tabs, and then choose the Edit option.
4. Now, pick the Video Page template for your page.
