Best Photoshop Abstract Composition Tips for Better Results

Let’s start building an imaginary world using the abstract composition of your Photoshop.

Step 1

• On your computer, head to Photoshop.
• Make a new document.
• Head to File.
• Then go to New.
• Now select a blank canvas with 3000 X 2000 pixels.
• Next, the Resolution should be chosen with 200.
• Then give your document a good name.

Step 2

• Now take a new layer by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard at the same time.
• Once a new layer appears, you can jump to the next step.

Step 3

• Now fill up the new layer with orange color.
• To get the required orange shade, choose the Background color as #ffa92e. 
• Hit the Ctrl + Del keys on your keyboard. 
• The color would be applied to the layer. 

Step 4

• Now we need a new layer again. 
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N to get a new one.  
• Then access the Rectangular Marquee Tool. 
• Now choose the lower area of the workspace using the tool. (choose from 15.95 cm)
• Switch the color of the background to white. 
• Press the Ctrl + Del keys on the keyboard to fill the selected part. 
• Next, to deselect the part, press the Ctrl + D keys at the moment. 

 Step 5

• Now add a model or the main object that you want to put in the spotlight of the fiction world. (It can be a picture of you that is cropped from the background, and the format should be PNG.
• To do so, head to File from the top menu.
• Then choose the “Place Embedded…” option.
• Browse to the file you want to choose a model in the image.

Step 6

• Now go to the left side toolbar and then choose the Quick Selection Tool.
• Then select the model you have just inserted into the canvas with the tool.
• Be careful while doing this because you might get your photodamaged if done carelessly.
• Now head to Refine Edge appearing on the top menu.
• Then select the View as On Black.
• Kindly note that the Smart Radius is selected.
• Choose the Radius as 3.0 px.
• Then access the brush to remove the remanding white parts.
• Once the operation complete, head to OK.

Step 7

• Head to the Edit option.
• Then go to Puppet Warp.
• Use this to straighten the hand of your model of the object person.
• Now use the Puppet tool to adjust each joint of the hands of your model so that it will look like he or she is trying to make a fancy pose.
• You can adjust and tweak the position of elbow-shoulder and wrist.
• All you have to do is make your character look impressive or doing a pose. For example, the model has a pointed position of hitting the ground with his one arm just like Iron Man does when he lands.
• Then decrease the overall size of your model so it can sit in the background aptly.
• To adjust the model size, you can use the Free Transformation tool.

Step 8

• Now you can recolor her outfit so the model can match well in the background.
• It would help if you chose a better color combination that gives you the vibe of a fictional, highly advanced world.
