Creating a Signature
If you want to create a signature in the Mail app, then you need to follow the instructions given below.
- First of all, you have to open the Mail application on the MacBook.
- Then you should click on Mal in the Menu Bar.
- You have to choose Preferences.

- Go to the left column, choose the email account you would like to make a signature for.

- Go to the left column & choose an email account.

- Navigate to the Compose window & select the “Signature pop-up menu.”
- Now, select the signature.
Delete a Signature from Emails
If you want to delete a signature from emails, then you need to follow the instructions given below.
- First, you have to open the Mail application on the MacBook.
- You should select the Compose tab.
- Then you have to navigate to the Compose screen & choose the “Signature pop-up menu.”
- Now, choose None for the signature, or choose the signature text & click on Delete on the keyboard.
