Delete Cache and Data From the Google Play Store
You can delete cache and data from Google Play Store. So, here are the steps to do so.
  • Firstly, you will have to go to Settings on your Android device.
  • After that, you can move down and click on Application.
  • Then you go down and find the Google Play Store application.
  • Thereafter select the Storage.
  • Now, you can click on “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache” options.
Remove and Readd your Google Account
You can remove and re-add your Google account. Here’s how:
  • Firstly,  you have to go to Settings on your Android device.
  • After that, you can move down and click on “Accounts.”
  • Then you can select Google.

  • Thereafter input the Google account email and select Next.
  • Then type the Gmail password.
  • Now, you can follow the instructions to finish adding Google account to the Android device.
Uninstall and Then Reinstall
You can uninstall and then reinstall Google Play Store updates. So, here are the steps that are given below.
  • Firstly, you have to go to Settings on your Android device.
  • After that, you can move down and select Apps.
  • Then you can go down and find the Google Play Store application.
  • Thereafter click on vertical ellipsis icon.
  • Choose “Uninstall updates.”
  • Tap on, OK, to uninstall updates.
  • Now, you can return to the home screen.
  • Then open the Google Play Store.
  • After that, the Google Play Store will ask you to accept the terms and conditions and tap on “Accept.”
  • Then select the Menu option.
  • Go to Settings.
  • You can tap on Play Store version.
  • Select, OK.
  • Now, you can wait for the download to finish.
Restart Your Device
You can restart your device. So, here are the steps that are given below.
  • Firstly, you can long-press the power button of your device until your phone vibrates.
  • After that, you can select the Restart option.
  • After restarting your device, check if the Google application error has been solved.
Update Google Play Store Applications
You can update apps from the Google Play Store. So, here are the steps that are given below.
  • Firstly, you have to launch the Google Play Store app.
  • After that, click on the vertical ellipsis icon.
  • Choose My Apps.
  • Then select “Update All.”
  • After updating all the apps, you can restart your device and error will be solved.
